    Favorite Reads

    I credit my love of reading to my Dad, who took me to our hometown library ever two weeks. There are many genres that I read: Christianity, biographies, historical fiction, but mystery is my absolute favorite. Several years ago I discovered cozy mysteries. It was love at first read. These are my favorites and I’m sure this list will continue to grow!

    Gamer Since Pong

    Gaming has been part of my life since I was a kid. Moving to video games when they hit the world was a natural transition for me. I’m a World of Warcraft vet, having played since beta in 2004 until recently leaving to return to Guild Wars 2. As a family, we play MtG Commander and love to host family game nights.

Guild Wars 2, it’s the MMOrpg we choose to play after playing this genre of online game for over 25 years. We played World of Warcraft from launch until December 2024. There were a few breaks from the game over 20 years, but it was our primary mmorpg until we cancelled our subscription last December. In May of 2024, we reinstalled Guild Wars 2 as a game to play while waiting for new content to drop in WoW.
