It’s been a great source for finding new interesting authors. American Sky was offered in June, a month before it’s publication date. Historical fiction is a genre I love just as much as Cozy Mystery. Set it in World War II and it’s an immediate yes from me,
Welcome July!
It’s July! I’m a day late in welcoming the new month but here we go. The holiday weekend and hubby’s 10 day vacation are nearly here. He officially starts vacation tomorrow at 1:30 PM. He’s absolutely stoked to only have to work a half day. I spent today cooking, working on this site and reading the Book of Psalms.

This is the first time I’ve read anything by Mary Grand. I found this in the Prime Reading library of books. Prime Reading is a benefit of having an Amazon Prime Membership. I’ve started utilizing it more and have found several great reads. This is one of them.

In April I read several really good books and lost interest in one or two others. Since I’m no longer subscribed to Kindle Unlimited, I decided to check out the offerings in Prime Reading. Priming Reading books are free to Prime members. Going straight to the mystery section, I was happy to see that they had the subcategory “Cozy Mystery” and found these six books that caught my interest.

’m currently reading the 6th book, Murder at an Irish Christmas, in the Carlene O’Connor cozy mystery series An Irish Village Mystery. This series is one of my favorites since I discovered the world of cozy mysteries. With half a book to go, I’m not sure why I don’t feel invested in it.
